A Winston-Salem favorite for 28 years, locally owned Diamondback Grill offers two different dining environments. One is a charming artistic space highlighted by a 20 ft. tiger oak bar – perfect for corporate dinner parties and rehearsal dinners. The other offers a stone fireplace and casual sports bar experience with an impressive music ion and the latest in flat screen HDTV technology. A full bar menu is available with 40 wines by the glass and 10 beers on tap. A diverse menu with many organic, all natural and local options, late night fun and major sporting events “madness” takes place in this remodeled 1947 neighborhood grocery.

Popular entrees include crab cakes, shrimp and grits, jumbo snow crab legs, mouth-watering half-pound burgers and homemade soups, salads and desserts. In fact, you can create your own salad from over 60 fresh ingredients. Other favorites include “killer’ crab hushpuppies, huge grilled chicken sandwiches and succulent ribeyes, filet mignon and sirloin steaks. Regulars will tell you “Don’t miss the specials”. Open for dinner and late night, reservations are recommended on the weekend.
