Drop by Scrambled Southern Diner for breakfast, lunch, or brunch and you’ll experience the excitement of eclectic fare, or the comfort of classics. Chef Chris Blackburn and co-owner Sarah Keith have reinvented their well-loved restaurant, Josephine’s Kitchen, into a new concept for the Greensboro area — serving breakfast and lunch only. The food remains in keeping with the owners’ farm-to-table, fresh and local philosophy. NC born and raised Chef Blackburn draws on the inspiration of his grandmother’s home cooking combined with his own adventuresome spirit.

Breakfast is served from opening until the 3pm closing. Lunch offerings are available after 11am. On the weekend, make a selection from Benedict Row, featuring several stimulating variations on the traditional brunch favorite. Get a delightful coffee in the morning. Later in the day, choose from white, red, and sparking wines, or have the talented mixologist at locally owned Scrambled prepare one of their featured bloody marys or sparking cocktails.
